The UMB headquarters in downtown KC added a food service venue, 1913 Cafe, on the ground floor of their space for employees and the general public. WAI transformed a space no longer utilized as bank teller stations,  into a food service venue with 4 unique food and beverage stations, custom signage, millwork, finishes and coordinated all new kitchen equipment to support the new venture.
